Job Description – Non-Key Expert Communications
Job Purpose
The Non-Key Expert Communications has responsibility for developing and implementing a communications strategy in support of the Turkish Accessible platform project.
The post holder will work within a team of experts under the leadership of the Key Expert team. The successful post holder will be expected to liaise with a range of stakeholders in Government, industry and civil society and help deliver key communications and events for the project.
The role therefore requires the post holder to deliver
The main responsibilities of the expert are:
•Developing a communication strategy for the project as a who
•Organising & managing ley events including the Kick off event
•Delivering a range of stakeholder events and activity.
The person appointed will work on a freelance basis and is responsible for their own taxes and national insurance contributions on a self-employed basis. This role is based in Ankara with travel across Turkey.

•A bachelors degree
•5 years relevant professional experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at all levels in organisations.
•Fluency in Turkish as a native language speaker.

Job Purpose
The Non-Key Expert for Strategy has responsibility for supporting the development of a national Strategy for Accessibility across transport modes. We are looking for somebody with the ability to deliver costs benefit analysis by manipulating a range of data sources. At the same you should have an understanding of the MEDIATE methodology and have experience of working across transport modes and the urban environment.
The post holder will work within a team of experts under the leadership of the Key Expert team. The successful post holder will be expected to liaise with a range of stakeholders in Government, industry and civil society and help deliver marketing events across Turkey in a range of locations.
The main responsibilities of the expert are:
•Analysing a range of information sources so that the strategy draws upon existing and previous research.
•Developing a cost benefit analysis model in respect of improved accessibility to transport.
•Delivering a final strategy document

Job Purpose
The Non-Key Expert Marketing and Multi Media Outreach has responsibility for developing and implementing Marketing activities for the Turkish Accessible platform project. This will include organising public awareness campaigns and events and using a range of multi-media sources to promote key messages and activities.
The post holder will work within a team of experts under the leadership of the Key Expert team. The successful post holder will be expected to liaise with a range of stakeholders in Government, industry and civil society and help deliver marketing events across Turkey in a range of locations.
The main responsibilities of the expert are:
•Running a series of high profile public events in a range of Turkish cities
•Developing a plan for the multimedia activities and events
•Demonstrating success via the analysis of appropriate data and ensuring that ROI is maximised..
