KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Assist the company to further improve its financial and operational performance

  • Prepare a Financial and Operational Performance Improvement Programme (FOPIP)

  • Introduce technologies for preparing water balances and measuring water losses
  • Assist in preparing IFRS financial statements and support annual audits
  • Revise and adopt a medium-term Corporate Development (Business) Plan
  • Upgrade the company’s computerised Financial Management Information System
  • Revise the performance-based Public Service Contracts and define new targets
  • Design and implement a Stakeholder Participation and Communication Programme
  • Support water users associations and set up an Advisory Committee at the City level
