KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Conduct a Baseline Assessment and a gap analysis for each mode of transport
  • Develop a comprehensive Accessible Transport Strategy and Action Plans
  • Prepare a pipeline of pilot projects for improved accessibility in the transport sector
  • Train staff and provide secretarial support to workgroup and board meetings
  • Organize study visits to Europe for the Ministry’s staff and other stakeholders
  • Design a Training of Trainers Programme (ToT) for stakeholders
  • Deliver the ToT to 160 participants from ministries, NGOs, and other organisations
  • Implement an accessibility communication and awareness-raising campaign
