- Help sign a Public Service Contract (PSC) between the City and the Company
- Prepare PSCs with the waste collection and transportation companies
- Implement a Financial and Operational Performance Improvement Programme
- Develop and adopt a five-year Corporate Business Plan
- Introduce modern Management Information System
- Develop a landfill gate fee calculation methodology
- Introduce financial reporting procedures in line with IFRS
- Review current environmental and health impacts of all operations
- Assist the Company in implementing an Environmental and Social Action Plan
