KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Help sign a Public Service Contract (PSC) between the City and the Company
  • Prepare PSCs with the waste collection and transportation companies
  • Implement a Financial and Operational Performance Improvement Programme
  • Develop and adopt a five-year Corporate Business Plan
  • Introduce modern Management Information System
  • Develop a landfill gate fee calculation methodology
  • Introduce financial reporting procedures in line with IFRS
  • Review current environmental and health impacts of all operations
  • Assist the Company in implementing an Environmental and Social Action Plan
