  • Project Management: Prepare project plans, progress reports, payment certificates, take over certificates, and claims evaluation reports
  • Design Audit and Construction Supervision: Provide oversight of the EPC’s works, including review and approval of designs, construction quality assurance program, inspection of materials, and comparison of as-built drawings to design
  • Performance Testing and Commissioning: During verification and monitoring ensure benchmarking is undertaken to the full satisfaction of ADB and parties
  • Training and Capacity Development: Provide capacity development through on-the-job training
  • Environmental and Social Management: Ensure compliance with the existing Environmental and Social Management Plan and train counterpart staff
